The Blobstation team took this opportunity to optimize the website and increase sales. First and foremost, the team has performed site audit to validate the current state. Based on the audit report, the team has prepared an action plan for the first 4 weeks. This first phase of action items included site foundation enhancements such as page speed issues, css/js normalization, sitemap fixes etc. After that, the team has worked on the second phase which included ecommerce improvements. We worked on UX changes to make the product page more attractive and informative at the same time.
